Activity:
Guided journaling activity: Write about a pivotal moment in your life and how it shaped you.
Group discussion: Share insights from journaling, focusing on empowerment and growth.
Exhale: relax and refresh
Goal: Help participants challenge limiting beliefs and rewrite empowering versions of their life story.
Activity:
Workshop: Reflect on a limiting belief (e.g., “I’m not enough” or “I’m not capable”). Break down where it came from and reframe it with positive, empowering language.
Pair work: Share new narrative with a partner and get feedback.
Session 3: Confidence Through Storytelling
Goal: Teach the power of confidently sharing your story in a way that inspires others.
Activity:
Introduction to storytelling techniques: How to share your story in a clear, authentic, and empowering way.
Practical exercise: Each woman tells a 2-minute version of her story focusing on strength, growth, or success.
Goal: Address the internal barriers to owning your story—fear of judgment, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome.
Activity:
Group discussion: What are the fears or doubts that hold us back from fully embracing and owning our story?
Empowerment exercise: Visualization or guided meditation to release fear and connect to inner strength
